Right now I have to of the most important words to remember Forgive and Forget. I know people say they can never forget bad things that happened to them in life. It's very hard but when you look towards what really counts, Today. Live today like it's the only day of your life, because tomorrow never gets here and yesterday is in the past. I'm not saying that you should forget your entire past just chose to remember the good times. The bad times happened but if you choice to forgive and forget that time of your life, life will be a lot better. Today could be the best day of your life if you choose it to be.
I remember back when I was kid and my brothers and sisters would pretend we were playing  good guys , bad guys and they would end up tying me to a tree or something else. Then when I would escape they would say I was some famous hero guy from that time in my life, sorry I don't remember who. Today I know the reason they tied me up was so they could play without me because sometimes it took me over 30 minutes to get away and they never came back to check on me  until I found them. But I think those days gave me the strength to never give up I have today. So Thank You.
Look back on your life and see if there is a point where maybe someone helped you and never knew they were. Say thank you to them . The feeling you get in your heart for doing that will make you feel great and it will brighten their day to.
The more I write in this book the more I see where my past has put me. the good and the bad have made me who I am today. I haven't been a perfect person in my past. There are some things I have done that I still regret doing but the past is gone and I can't change what I did. I am so sorry if I hurt anyone. Sorry just had to get that out. Why is it we feel regret for doing things after we did them. Even though they may be small things you did. they pile up in your heart and won't let you go. Like one time when I was living in Borden I made a U turn in a parking lot of a store I cut off a guy on a motorcycle that was coming across the parking lot from between the buildings. He shouldn't have been there but he had to lay his bike down to miss me, I never even stopped but I did see him get up. chased after us until we went through the base gates. he couldn't follow us there. I still feel bad for cutting him off even though that happened  over 25 years ago, I regretted making that U turn.
